Off Road Maple is a family-owned maple syrup producer with a maple barn gift shop at 195 Pomeroy Road in Franklin, NY. Visitors can buy maple syrup (including aged bourbon maple syrup), maple cream, granulated maple sugar, maple coffee, pancake mix, and honey. During NY Maple Weekends the farm offers sap house tours, education, samples, photo ops, and pancake breakfasts.

Hours: Maple barn gift shop open daily 8am-8pm. Maple Weekends Sat/Sun March 21-22 and March 28-29, 2026, with pancake breakfasts served 9am-2pm.
