Brookside Maple

Brookside Maple & Farm is a family-owned, diversified Catskills farm operated by brothers Matthew and Micah, producing 100% pure New York State maple syrup (from roughly 3,000 taps) and raising homegrown beef, chicken, turkey and lamb since 1992. Visitors can buy maple syrup, maple fudge, grass-fed Hereford and crossbred beef, lamb, and pastured chicken and turkey through the farm's online store, at county farmers markets in summer, or on-site at the Brookside Maple Sap House by appointment.
