Helderberg Alpacas

East Berne, New York

Helderberg Alpacas is a small alpaca farm on 14 acres in East Berne, New York, about 15 miles west of Albany. Run by Jeffery and Karen Villeneuve, it maintains a herd of alpacas along with pygmy goats. Visitors can arrange farm visits and educational consultations with the owners about starting an alpaca operation. Alpacas and pygmy goats are offered for sale, and the farm has offered yarn and fiber as well. Visits are by appointment.
