Harris Tree Farm is a choose-and-cut Christmas tree farm in Pollock Pines, in the Apple Hill area, operated by the Harris family since 1853. Visitors can cut their own Christmas trees, including Silver Tip (red fir), white fir, noble fir, Douglas fir, pine, and cedar. The farm also offers you-pick blackberries and apples, seasonal pies, turnovers, and jam, along with picnic areas and hiking trails.
