Great Bear Vineyards

Great Bear Vineyards is a family-owned, certified-organic estate vineyard and winery on the edge of Davis, founded in 2014. Visitors can taste estate wines in the tasting room, attend events with live music and food trucks on Friday evenings, and book the venue (which includes a restored 1860s barn) for weddings and parties. Wines produced include Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Rose, blends, and natural wines; the estate also sells olive oil. Production is limited to a few thousand cases per year.

Hours: Friday 12-8pm, Saturday 12-5pm, Sunday 12-3pm (closed Monday-Wednesday); private tastings daily 8am-10pm by appointment
