123 Farm is an organic farm and agritourism destination at the historic Highland Springs Ranch & Inn (an 1884 property that was once a stagecoach stop and health resort) in Cherry Valley. Visitors can stroll the lavender fields and olive groves, take wagon tours, attend seasonal festivals, and shop farm-made goods at outdoor marketplaces. The farm grows organic lavender and herbs and produces cold-pressed olive oil from its century-old groves.

Hours: Festivals run on rotating seasonal schedules; the Lavender Festival runs June 5-July 19, 2026 (weekdays 5-10pm, weekends 12-10pm).
