We offer a commitment-free meat CSA for our local Eugene and Springfield communities. Monthly shares contain antibiotic- and hormone-free beef, pork, and lamb from our heritage-breed livestock, which are raised outdoors on pasture using regenerative practices. Pasture forage is supplemented with locally-sourced GMO-free and organic feeds.
