Hilltop Farms of Willow Springs

Hilltop Farms is a USDA Certified Organic produce farm run by Fred and Virginia Miller in Willow Spring, about 15 miles south of Raleigh, now in its 25th year of CSA operations. Members pay in advance for a weekly or bi-weekly share of vegetables through the growing season, with drop sites in Raleigh, Cary, and Holly Springs plus two weekly farm pickups. The farm grows over 40 varieties of fruits, vegetables, and small grains, and runs a 96-foot hydroponic greenhouse for year-round lettuces, greens, and herbs. Its produce is also sold at farmers markets, restaurants, and stores.
