Running T Beef is a small family farm in Cleveland, NC, raising 100% grass-fed and pasture-raised, finished beef with no antibiotics or added growth hormones. Beef is dry-aged about 14 days, vacuum-sealed, and flash frozen. Customers can order individual cuts, sampler boxes, or bulk packages (1/8, 1/4, 1/2, or whole beef) through the farm's online market for shipping or farm pickup. There is no public store, only an on-farm storage facility.
