Small City Farm is a 2.7-acre farm on Charlotte's West Side, owned by Kim Shaw and Rohan Gibbs and operating since 2007. It runs two seasons of Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) shares, a Saturday farm stand from May through December, and you-pick flowers. The farm grows vegetables and keeps about 40 chickens and eleven beehives, and it sells wholesale to restaurants and retail through Freshlist. SNAP is accepted at both the farm stand and the CSA.
