Edible Uprising Farm is a small-scale, no-spray CSA farm in Troy, founded by Ben Stein and Alicia Brown on a little over one acre of intensively hand-tended land. They grow over 200 varieties of heirloom vegetables and flowers without chemical pesticides or synthetic fertilizers. Members can join a weekly CSA farm share in two share sizes for the growing season, and produce is also offered through an online virtual farmstand.
