Lehigh Valley Outpost is a farm experience on the historic Stevens family farm in Rush, NY, focused on connecting families to seasonal, sustainable food. In fall it operates as a weekend family attraction with two corn mazes, a cow train, hay rides, corn cannons and pumpkin launchers, a dino dig, duck races, pumpkin painting, a nature walk through Deer Hollow, farm animals, and pick-your-own pumpkins. The farm also runs a CSA program with hands-on learning and educational programs for children and adults.
