Quail Hill Farm is one of the original community-supported agriculture (CSA) farms in the United States, established in 1987 and run as a stewardship project of the Peconic Land Trust in Amagansett. The 20-acre organic farm serves over 250 families and offers Family, Single, and Box CSA shares as well as pick-your-own Summer Harvest Shares.
