The farm raises pasture-rotated, non-GMO and organic-fed livestock, producing USDA-inspected lamb, Grade AA eggs, and hand-crafted fiber goods such as natural-color yarns, sheepskins, wool pillows, bedding, blankets, and apparel. Farm visits are available by appointment only. Products are also sold online and at the Cold Spring and Beacon farmers' markets.
