Browder's Birds is a certified organic, pastured poultry and livestock farm in Mattituck on the East End of Long Island. The farm stand sells organic eggs, farm-raised chicken, duck eggs, turkey, lamb, honey, handknit woolens, chicken pot pies, quiches, soups, and stocks. They also run a summer Egg CSA in which members pick up two dozen organic eggs at the farm across six pickups from June through mid-August.
