Iron Hoof Farm is a family-operated CSA farm in Lee Center, New York, founded in 2007. It grows vegetables using integrated pest management and uses draft horses for most field work. The farm offers community-supported agriculture shares and also sells produce at the Clinton Farmers Market on the Village Green. Vegetables grown include beans, beets, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, collard greens, cucumbers, eggplant, garlic, kale, lettuce, onions, peppers, potatoes, squash, and tomatoes.
