Childs Blueberries is a 100-acre family farm in Hinsdale, NY, operating since 1983 on a hilltop in the Enchanted Mountains region. Visitors can pick their own blueberries from rows planted with a range of varieties, with fields hand-pruned and managed using integrated pest management rather than mechanical harvesting. The farm also sells fresh and frozen blueberries, elderberry products, and wine through its on-site Childs Winery, and offers berries at area farmers markets.
