The Lembke Farm is a small USDA Certified Organic farm run by Craig and Janet Lembke on the shores of Lake Erie in Forestville, New York. It specializes in Charentais French melons along with several varieties of Asian and European pears and grapes. Visitors can pick their own (You Pick) or buy retail, and the farm also sells wholesale. The farm is a member of the Northeast Organic Farming Association (NOFA).
