Sinemus Farms is a 35-acre family homestead farm in Elba, NY, established in 2008 and farmed using manual, chemical-free cultivation. It runs a small CSA program with 45 vegetable shares for returning and new members, and also sells produce and specialty gourmet items at farmers markets. The farm operates a Bee Conservancy and a separate lavender field, The Lavender Life, with over 1,000 English and French lavender plants that visitors can view by appointment during bloom.
