Cartwright's Maple Tree Inn is a seasonal restaurant in Angelica that opened in 1963 and produces its own maple syrup on site. The main draw is all-you-can-eat buckwheat pancakes made from a custom flour blend, served with 100% pure maple syrup. Maple products are also available. The restaurant does not take reservations and accepts cash and checks only.

Hours: Tuesday-Friday 9am-8pm, Saturday 8am-2pm; closed Sundays and Mondays. 2026 season runs February 3 through April 4.
