Carrisito Ranch is a fourth-generation family-owned cattle ranch in the Santa Ysabel Valley that began as a Swiss immigrant's dairy farm. Visitors can buy USDA-approved grass-fed and grain-finished beef, heritage pork, lamb, goat, and free-range turkey, including butcher boxes and whole or half animals. The ranch also sells firewood, elephant garlic, and seasonal flowers from a stand on Highway 79, and offers products for pets.
