Happy Organics is a family-run farm in Merced's Central Valley, on roughly ten acres planted with lavender, rosemary, wildflowers, borage, sunflowers, and citrus, pomegranate, and fig trees. The farm keeps about 34 beehives whose bees forage from these gardens, continuing a beekeeping tradition the founder's family brought from Michoacan, Mexico. The farm produces handmade beeswax candles, sold online.
