Arata Pumpkin Farm at 185 Verde Rd in Half Moon Bay has grown pumpkins since 1932. Attractions include the two-acre Minotaur's Labyrinth hay maze, a six-acre corn field with the Pumpkin River, a haunted barn, hay rides, train and pony rides, a playground, and a petting zoo with goats, chickens, and bunnies. The farm sells pumpkins in dozens of varieties and sizes.

July-September: open 7 days a week 9:00am-6:30pm. October: Sunday-Thursday 9am-6:30pm, Friday-Saturday 9am-10:30pm. Closed for the season starting November 1st.
