Circle Bar Beef is a family-owned cattle ranch operating across Modoc and Lake Counties in far Northern California and Southern Oregon, run by the Carey family. They sell grass-fed, grain-finished, dry-aged beef that is USDA inspected and certified hormone-free, available as beef boxes, beef shares, individual cuts (such as ground beef, roasts, Korean short ribs, and beef shanks), and a Ranch Club subscription. Lamb is also offered. Products are ordered online.
