Dry Valley Vineyard is a pick-your-own farm in Montevallo, in Shelby County about 45 minutes south of Birmingham. Visitors can pick muscadines, with other fruit such as blackberries, blueberries, pears, and apples also reported. The farm supplies buckets for picking and has a pavilion with seating, and families are welcome to picnic and spend time on the grounds.

Hours: July, August, and September: Monday-Saturday 8:00am-5:30pm, Sunday 1:00pm-5:30pm (muscadines starting end of July)
