Alabama Barn Quilt Trail

The Alabama Barn Quilt Trail is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that documents painted quilt blocks displayed on barns and buildings across Alabama. The trail features over 250 quilt blocks in 67 counties, with traditional and heirloom designs painted in 4'x4' or 8'x8' sizes. Visitors can locate and photograph blocks using an interactive Google trail map, and the organization also offers hands-on workshops where participants paint their own quilt blocks.
