South Bay Nightmare Haunted House

Coden, Alabama

South Bay Nightmare is a volunteer-run haunted house in Coden, Alabama, themed around darkly reimagined fairy tales. Visitors walk through hand-built rooms and corridors filled with monsters, props, and immersive effects. The attraction is not recommended for children under 10 or for those with heart conditions, claustrophobia, or sensitivities to strobe lights, fog, or loud noises. It began in 2016 as a fundraiser for the Coastal Response Center.

Hours: 7:00pm-11:00pm every Friday and Saturday in October, plus select special dates
